Yoga Practice


I experienced my first yoga class the month after my first child was born in 1993 and has been my constant companion as I have moved through life. As a student of multiple modalities over the years, in 2016 I decided to become a teacher.

With the guidance of the staff at Yoga Therapy Collage, I completed my 200 hour training and began my teaching journey. ​

Although I love to teach many methods of yoga, my specialty and favorite is Yin yoga, also known as gentle yoga. This allows the practitioner to relax into healing poses and heal on a deep level. ​

I am a certified YOGABODY Breath Coach and incorporate breath work in each class. Sound meditation is used to integrate the physical as well as energetic changes. I use a gong, crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls,

and tingsha bells in each practice. ​
