I experienced my first yoga class the month after my first child was born in 1993. This method has been my

As a student of multiple modalities over the years,
in 2016 I decided to become a teacher.
With the guidance of the staff at Yoga Therapy Collage, I completed my 200 hour training and began my
Although I love to teach many methods of yoga,
my specialty and favorite is Yin yoga, also knows as
gentle yoga. This allows the practitioner to relax into
healing poses and heal on a deep level.
Sound has also become a part of my yoga offerings.
I use a gong, crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls,
and tingsha bells in each practice.
Breath work is practiced in each class as well as meditation to integrate the physical as well as energetic changes.
